Please note, booking fees are non-refundable. We endeavour to provide you with a Babysitter suitable for your time booked. However, due to time restraints and peak periods this may not be guaranteed.

Please enter the address for Babysitter to attend. Bookings over 15 km distance from the main CBD will be charged an extra travel allowance.
An invoice for the booked hours will be sent once the sitter is confirmed. Payment must be made within three days of the invoice being sent; otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.
Any additional time beyond the hours booked will be invoiced accordingly.
Once a booking is confirmed, the booked hours are chargeable even if the booking duration is shortened closer to the booking date.
Bookings on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, or public holidays will incur 50% loading on the hourly rate. This will be applied manually to your card.
