Requirements:

-Has previous childcare or nannying experience.

-is reliable, warm, and engaging.

-Is confident caring for both toddlers and young children.

Job 2. Christchurch, St. Albans

Location: St. Albans, Christchurch

Children’s Ages: 1 and 3.5

Days: 3 days flexible

Time Slot:

One early start day: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
Two daytime/late days: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

Requirements:

Is patient, calm, and confident, supporting a child with higher needs
Is organised, proactive, and takes pride in a well-run home
Has an interest or experienc in supporting early development and learning

A full drivers license would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Morning and afternoon routines
Engaging age-appropriate play and developmental activities
Light childcare-related tidying up (children’s meals/play areas)

Job 4. Nanny / After-School Babysitter – Waverley, Dunedin

Location: Waverley

Number of Children: 2

Children’s Ages: 4 and 7 (boys)

Days: 16th June 2026

Time Slot:

Tuesday (fixed): 2:30pm – 6:00pm (school/daycare pick-up, afternoon care, dinner prep)
Additional casual hours:
- 1-2 Sundays every Month for (3–4 hours)
- Occasional Friday or Saturday evenings (5:00pm – 9:00pm, as needed)

Start & End Date: June 16th

Requirements:

Someone who is based in Dunedin long-term (ideally until at least the end of 2027)
Reliable, stable, and consistent availability
Confident with school-aged children
A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
Someone who enjoys outdoor play and engaging activities
Somone 20 years and older with a full driver lisence and car
